Register with Your Health Space

If you are interested in bringing our free training to staff at your health care organization, please complete the request form below. Note that you must be an authorized representative who can speak on behalf of your organization, as Your Health Space requires organizational commitment. This typically includes members of the leadership team – such as an Executive Director, Human Resources lead, or Wellness Coordinator. Before registering, please check with your organization’s leadership to confirm that someone has not already enrolled on your team’s behalf.

Completing this online request form does not commit your organization to participating in Your Health Space training. It simply initiates a conversation with a member of our team. If your organization is deemed eligible, we’ll guide you through the next steps in the registration process, which include signing a Client Agreement and selecting and scheduling training sessions for your team.
