Gwenyth Stevenson

I have practiced in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based care. Clinically, I have worked in the areas of neurology and community mental health. Most of my experience has been in serving individuals who have experienced a TIA or stroke. This includes stroke rehabilitation, prevention, knowledge translation, coordination, supporting implementation of best practices, and system planning, all of which I enjoy.

My passion for workplace mental wellness arises from my own personal story and my desire to empower others with the knowledge and skills that would have helped me and made my story different. I wish to help health care workers who are experiencing negative impacts of chronic stress and mental health challenges in the workplace to feel seen, to know that they are not alone, and that there is hope.

Outside of work, I enjoy travel, hiking, visiting museums, and playing my violin.
