Lyndsay Hunter-McWaters

With a background in forensic social work and child and youth care practice, I have over 20 years of experience in health care including the inpatient, forensic, and community mental health sectors, as well as experience in police communications and child welfare.

My diverse career has consisted of direct service and leadership roles, and it has fueled my passion for fostering well-being amongst frontline health care workers and promoting psychological health and safety in the workplace. As a leader, I strongly believe that by creating a culture of psychological safety, we can promote meaningful engagement and innovation in our health care teams.

I am a proud and dedicated auntie. During my personal time, I can be found in a hockey arena, dance studio, or football stadium cheering on my nieces and nephews.
