Evaluation and Data Coordinator
I’m a health care data scientist specializing in program evaluation and impact who turns complex information into clear, actionable stories. Over the past five years I’ve supported large-scale testing operations, national screening programs, and multidisciplinary clinical teams, designing intuitive data dashboards and workflows that help leaders see problems faster and make better decisions. My work is driven by one guiding question: How can data lighten the load for the people delivering and receiving care?
Data has value only when it advances psychological health and safety. Whether I’m shaping raw datasets or mapping emerging trends, I ground every analysis in the conviction that workplaces flourish when employees feel supported, heard, and mentally well. My favourite task is distilling survey findings and operational metrics into clear, practical guidance for leaders, because numbers alone don’t change culture unless they are turned into clear next steps.
Outside of work, I’m usually tinkering with new Python projects and celebrating every milestone my newborn daughter reaches. Most evenings you’ll find me relaxing on the patio, catching the latest car reviews, EV news, and AI podcasts, or just laughing at a funny cat video.
