Your Health Space is a workplace mental health training program for health care organizations in Ontario, Canada. In this fourth episode of its companion podcast, Kim Farrell interviews Robert Alldred-Hughes, President & CEO of Glengarry Memorial Hospital. This small hospital, located in rural Alexandria, Ontario, experienced the highest number of emergency department closures of any hospital in Ontario in 2022.
