Interactive Training for Health Care Teams

In addition to encouraging reflection and teaching practical skills, Your Health Space workshops provide opportunity for application of theory and discussion among participants.

Our workshops address key topics including psychological health and safety, trauma-informed care, stress and burnout management, and stigma reduction. Participants gain practical tools to help build inclusive and supportive health care environments.
