Your Health Space is a workplace mental health training program for health care organizations in Ontario. In this second episode of its companion podcast, An Opportunity to Learn \u2013 Addressing Moral Distress in Health Care, <\/em>host Kim Farrell interviews social worker Arifah Yusuf about her experiences recognizing, addressing, and learning from her moral distress. Arifah\u2019s story follows the 4A model \u2013 a multi-step approach designed to help health care workers rise above moral distress and ultimately support their mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
