Organizational Training

If you are interested in bringing free Your Health Space training to staff at your health care organization, please complete this form. Please note that registration can only be completed by your organization’s leadership (executive directors, human resources, wellness coordinators, etc.)

Individual Training

If you are an individual health care worker interested in receiving free Your Health Space training without your organization’s participation, please complete this form. We will notify you when individual training options become available, including our eLearning series and virtual workshops.
